ChocolatePost dispatches protectively packaged top quality, fresh chocolate which should arrive at your address in premium condition. Please ensure that you provide us with a reliable daytime delivery address where someone will be present to receive the delivery. If this is not possible, your order will be left at your address in a shady place.
If goods are damaged in transit, or if we have made a mistake with the order it can be returned and replaced at our cost. Other returns by negotiation. Please advise us promptly of any problems. ChocolatePost is not responsible for errors made by the courier company or when delivery details are provided incorrectly.
